3 Days of Plenaries: A Creative and Technical Challenge

Morfoz Studios met the challenge of live, adaptable design by creating custom presentations for each plenary, tailored to fit the unique decor of every location

For Puma's major annual gathering with its top international partners, the event took place in Lisbon. Three days of plenary sessions, two iconic locations, and one key goal: to deliver powerful messages through immersive, inspiring, and flawlessly executed presentations.

Morfoz Studios took charge of designing and crafting the entire narrative and presentation slides for the event, facing a dual challenge: creating impactful, tailor-made designs for each venue while aligning the content with the tone and objectives of each session.

The event’s scenography embraced contrasts: a baroque setting at the Portuguese Football Federation’s headquarters to highlight the newly-formed partnership with the national team, followed by a more industrial atmosphere at the LX Factory for strategic business talks and keynotes.

Throughout the event, some presentations were adjusted and created live to keep up with the latest developments and to emphasize key moments as they happened. This dynamic, responsive approach allowed the presentations to stay relevant and aligned with the real-time flow of the event.

Each slide was designed not only as a visual support but as a powerful narrative tool that enhanced the storytelling and engaged the speakers in a meaningful, fluid way.
